2. Data we process
To respond, your name, email address, reason for getting in touch and message are required. Company or media outlet is optional. Without the required data, we cannot respond to the enquiry.
We also process the start and submission timestamp and technical data strictly needed to validate the request origin, format and size, detect the honeypot field and check submission speed. Infrastructure providers may generate technical logs, such as IP address and connection data, to deliver and protect the service.
3. Purposes
We use this data to receive, manage and respond to your enquiry, retain the context needed while handling it and protect the form against fraud, spam and abuse.
Contact-form data will not be used for marketing, will not be sold and will not be used for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
When an enquiry asks for information or action before a potential contractual relationship, processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.
For ordinary professional enquiries and abuse prevention, processing relies on Hurtado Deals’ legitimate interest in handling communications related to its business and protecting its systems. 5. Retention
Contact data is retained while the enquiry is active and for a maximum of 12 months after it closes, to keep a reasonable reference of the communication and address possible incidents.
It may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or meet a legal obligation. Technical logs are kept only for periods needed for security and operations, also subject to processor retention schedules.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or disclose form data for commercial purposes. Providers delivering necessary services on behalf of Hurtado Deals may access it, mainly hosting and infrastructure providers and Resend for email delivery.
These providers act as processors, must process data under instructions and may access it only as needed to deliver and protect their services. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.
7. International transfers
A provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, a mechanism recognised under applicable law will be used, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

This site and its form are intended for professional contacts and are not designed for children under 14 to submit data. If we learn that data has been submitted without the required authorisation, we will take steps to delete it.
